I went to bathe at Kasuga Onsen on a Wednesday afternoon, but I forgot my camera so I came back a few days later to take pictures.
Just like Minami Matogahama Onsen, it's walking distance from Beppu station. For some reason I really like the atmosphere of this onsen: the old building, the faded colors and the sunlight coming in through the windows. As usual the water was quite hot, but not too hot to be uncomfortable.
