It turns out that there is a ryokan in our neighborhood. And that they have onsen! It costs only 200 yen and we got to use the bath privately. The lady running the place was really friendly. She even gave me chocolates for Valentine's day. So — if you can find Ashikari Ryokan — it's definitely recommended!
