This onsen was surprisingly cheap considering the fact that it belongs to a Ryokan. They have a nice café where you can get coffee and snacks. Inside there is a so-called irori — a stove which was used for cooking and heating the house.
The baths were good too. My wife and I used the rotenburo next to the river. My mother-in-law used the Tajima Honkan's main bath.
The baths are housed in the two wooden buildings on the corner.
Tajima Honkan's irori.
Men's rotenburo. The brown stuff in the water is yu no hana — mineral deposits left by the onsen.
The rotenburo has a waterfall bath.
