We had been curious about this hotel in the Kamegawa area of Beppu for a while. Before bathing we had lunch at Seikai, because you can only use their onsen if you eat there too. There are several restaurants and we ate at the one called Gen. The atmosphere was nice and the food was good. The onsen consists of an indoor bath and two outdoor baths. The outdoor baths are almost located on the beach. Very nice!
