Sawayaka Beppu no Sato is a new member of Beppu Onsendō. It's a hotel and is located next to Sakurayu. The facilities are quite nice and they provide you with everything you need for enjoying a hot spring. I think 500 yen is a very reasonable price for what you get.
The changing room is very spacious.

On the balcony is a small rotenburo.
The indoor bath. There is also a sauna and a cold water bath.
