Kijima Kōgen is a complex with an amusement park, hotel and a golf course located in the mountains, 20 minutes' drive from Beppu. The onsen is in the hotel.
This was our second visit. The first time the bath was very crowded and I didn't enjoy it so much. This time it was quiet and I realized it's a nice onsen. Still, I think 800 yen is a bit overpriced. For us it didn't matter, because we had free entrance.
