Hōsensō is a big hotel not very far from Beppu Park. From their website it seems they have a nice rotenburo, but we haven't had a chance to use it yet. Maybe it's only for hotel guests.
Perhaps it's because the hotel is so big, but I don't think this place has a very nice atmosphere. The bath is OK, but not special.
