Azumaya is a ryokan that is run by the same company as Sakuratei, Mutsuki and Iroha. All these places are quite nice, so if you have a chance, I recommend trying their baths. I have never stayed at any of these places, so I cannot judge, but they seem to be nice places to stay overnight too.
The best part of Azumaya's onsen was the great view over Kannawa and Beppu.
